It is a contract subsidized phone and there are various plans offered along with the phone and users are required to subscribe to one of them. The contracts include you to pay INR 1500 monthly for one year and get the phone for free. This will also fetch you 1500 minutes of talktime per month with 1500 text messages and 1500MB of data. Other offers include paying INR 600 upfront and INR 1000 monthly for six months, which will get you 1000 minutes, texts and MB data.
Last but not the least requires you to pay INR 16000 upfront and choose from any of the plans.
Now getting down to the phone, since it is provided by HTC, the quality is assured. The phone has 3.2 inch touch screen and a 5MP camera. The phone is a CDMA phone with no SIM card. Best features of the phone include the Android software, fast processors and HTC Sense user interface. The web services are fast enough and sufficiently support social networking, push mail and other Google services.
