At 3:18 p.m., a 911 call went out for a shooting in the 3600 block Commerce, near downtown in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas. We have just confirmed with Dallas Fire-Rescue that they are treating victim for gun shot wounds.THIS IS DEVELOPING. CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES.

UPDATE :

At approximately 3:00 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the 3600 block of Commerce which houses DallasBond.com. It appears to be a murder for hire plot. You can read the police report below for more information.
