Everyone leads us to believe that we are in a post racial society; when incidents like this occur it proves to be adverse. Race in one instance means "a contest of speed". SANTA MONICA, Calif. (KTLA) -- A criminal investigation is under way after members of the Santa Monica High School wrestling team allegedly hung a noose and used racially-charged remarks in an apparent prank against an African American teammate.
