South Oak Cliff : Next up in new development, Lancaster Urban Village. Just approved

I just received word that the Lancaster Urban Village project was just approved and funds are ready to be disbursed. Lancaster Urban Village is a project that I fought hard for in order to bring new development and jobs to South Oak Cliff. I met all the players involved, Rhys Heinsch, Sherman Roberts and a few others. Community Wide Development Corp will retain ownership of this project. Over 8 million in funding was just released by the city council vote. Lets see how many black males are working on the construction site.?We will keep a close watch on this project and give any new updates. By the way, the Village will be located next to the Urban League and across the street from the Veteran Affairs; on the spot where the Sunset Motel was located. I know a lot of my friends lost their lives at those two motels that were located there.May they Rest in Peace.
