The Rev. Kyev Tatum:
It was my pleasure speaking with you moments ago.
As indicated, our firm represents Jonathan Pierce in his civil rights and tort claims against the City of Arlington and the officer who shot him from behind with a taser without probable cause in violation of his rights under the 4th and 14th Amendments and the Title 42 U.S.C Section 1983.
We look forward to working with the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, LULAC and any other entity that will help us prosecute Jonathan’s claims.
There was no basis in law or fact for this incident to have occurred.
Truly yours,
Geoff J. Henley
