This twenty-eight year old man is charged with CAPITAL MURDER in the dragging death of a 76 year old woman at a North Texas Walmart. Fabra Leavy was walking to her car when this guy allegedly drove up and tried to snatch her purse. She was dragged 40 yards after eventually being run over, as video from this Lake Highlands area Walmart caught it all on video surveillance. Levy was able to talk afterward telling police that her arm had been caught in the strap. She later died from her injuries. Rogelio Belmonte's bond is set at $500,000.
