City of Dallas trying to figure out why, where did this new request come from?

Since a suit was filed on my prior request to get audio/video, emails and other communications of an incident that occurred at Mayor Caraway's Cedar Crest home, I have now filed a new request asking for my State Rep Barbara Mallory-Caraway's information. I sent it last night and it has now caused some stir at Dallas City Hall as you can see below at 9:06 a.m., they viewed the old request.
