Dallas Police | Good cop work gets dangerous jackers/robbers off the streets | 3/31/11

I have to give credit where credit is due. Some of the Clear and Present dangers within Dallas proper are robberies and other crime against persons. These robbers are of a different breed and I salute these two officers for getting a suspected jack er off the streets! The words below are taken from the Dallas Police Department Facebook page today!

"On March 30, 2011 the Northeast Division experienced two gas station robberies. The first was at the Chevron at 9455 Forest Lane at about 8:55 pm. The 2nd robbery occurred shortly after at 9:15 pm at 13010 Abrams. Video surveillance of the 1st robbery was obtained which allowed officers to broadcast a good suspect description.

Because of the broadcast, Sr. Cpl. Adames #8731 and Officer Vaughan #10040 saw a suspect, on foot, matching the description put out on radio following the robberies. The suspect was detained, positively identified, and placed under arrest without incident. "
