Until then here is an article speaking about the terrible issue of bank-owned properties becoming the main source of trouble for the neighborhoods
Hopefully soon the community will stand up along with the city of Dallas to bring light to a problem that the bankers on Wall Street could care less about and that's the properties on Main Street.
Dallas FACT : We are averaging well over 100 properties per month that has to be tagged by code compliance due to open and vacant structures. Not including substandard structures which would put us well over 300 per month.
