Just got wind of Cincinnati officials impounding cars with oversized rims. This maybe a good idea for Dallas because this is all our children envision themselves doing when they get older~~sale dope and ride big willie style. There is more to life than rolling up and down Ledbetter with gas fast approaching four dollars a gallon. Our children need a brighter future at this point and wanting to be like the dopeman/gangster rapper must CEASE ASAP.
