DEVELOPING : Wildfires raging in Austin.4-17-11

Close to 50-60 acres are burning in Austin near the Y at Oak Hill.

Breaking: There's a large brushfire near Oak Hill. The Austin Fire Department is advising people to stay away from the area if possible.

  3: 15 P.M. UPDATE :

The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) has been activated for APD, AFD, EMS, PIO, Redcross and GIS team due to large wildland fire with structures threatened in Oak Hill area
